Refunds & Exchanges
To Return an Item:
Email email@example.com with the reason why you are returning the goods. We will then send a Return Goods Authority Number(RGAN) form.
Complete the Return Goods Authority Form include it with your returning goods – remember to include your RGAN Number, Order Number and reason for return.
Send the item in the original packaging with the returns form to:

We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely to us as we do not accept liability for any returned items until they are received at the return address provided.

Strictly Workwear does not sell used products. Your items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition and packaging.
Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product.
If your item shows any evidence of wear it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles.
Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for a return.
We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the return. Your refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. As we do not hold credit card details you may need to provide these detail for your refund or your PAYPAL account details. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order.
Shipping costs will not be refunded to the purchaser except if the product is found to be faulty.
and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted for a simple return/refund or change of mind as we get charged by our suppliers + the return to supplier shipping fee $11.95.
If you would like to exchange your goods we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out.
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us with the Return Authority Form filled and the goods will be assessed. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund or replacement, including any postage paid by you, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment.
